According to the arrangements and deployment of the "Chang'an University Spring Semester Students Returning Work Plan for 2020", the 2020 undergraduates, masters graduates and all third-year (inclusive) doctoral students of the College of Highway returned to school on May 7 and 8. According to the actual situation of the college, the “College of Highway and Highway Students' Back to School Plan for the Spring Semester of 2020” has been formulated. On April 29, the college held an enlarged meeting of the party and government joint meeting to discuss the college’s first batch of returning students’ work plan and the students’ teaching work and laboratory operation plans after returning to school, and implement the tasks of each working group and clarify work requirements; on April 30, a meeting of all counselors was held to deploy the various student work during the student’s return to school; a special work meeting for graduate students’ return to school was held on May 6 to further unify the thinking and clarify that the work of graduate students should give full play to the tutor’s ideological and political education. On the day of returning to school, Secretary Wang Hainian and Dean Chen Jianxun were respectively responsible for welcoming returning students at the check-in station of the two campuses, and coordinating and solving the difficulties encountered by returning students.The on-duty teacher at the reception station of the college understands and responds to the needs of returning students in a timely manner, focusing on satisfaction and starting from the details, providing warm and thoughtful service.After two days of hard work, the college’s first batch of 613 undergraduate graduates, 428 master graduates, and 23 doctoral graduates returned to school safely.
