From June 17 to 18, 2021, the "Key Technology Forum for Tunnel Construction and Operation Management" of Tunnel Engineering Division of WTC2021 was held in Xi 'an International Convention and Exhibition Center, Shaanxi Province. 7 academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, over 30 masters of national engineering survey and design, academic leaders and more than 200 delegates attended the conference.
This forum is sponsored by China Highway Society and the Executive Committee of world Transport Congress, organized by Chang 'an University and tunnel Engineering Department of World Transport Congress, and co-organized by CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau Co., LTD. The presidium of the forum was held by seven academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Gu Jincai, Liang Wenhao, Du Yanliang, Wang Fuming, Deng Mingjiang, Chen Xiangsheng and Li Shucai. And the executive chairman of the forum is Chen Jianxun, professor of Chang 'an University and chairman of tunnel Engineering Department. The forum organized 35 special invited reports on tunnel construction, disaster prevention and control, equipment development, operation management and other topics.
Sha Aimin, president of Chang ’an University, and Ouyang Xiaoyong, deputy general manager of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., LTD., respectively delivered welcome speeches at the opening ceremony of the forum.
Gu Jincai, Du Yanliang, Wang Fuming, Deng Mingjiang and Li Shucai, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Jiang Shuping, master of national engineering survey and design, respectively gave a wonderful academic report, entitled “Chang ’an University’s Test Research on the Model of Rockburst Mechanism of Long Tunnel” , “Development Achievements and Prospects of China’s Heading Machine Used for Full Section of Ultra-long Tunnel”, “Development of Water Disaster Prevention and Control Technology in Tunnel and Underground Engineering”, “Research on Construction Adaptability and Problems of Ultra-long Tunnel Cluster TBM”, “Advance Prediction and Disaster Control of Tunnel’s Bad Geology” and “Digital Latitude and Significance of Decision-making in Tunnel Construction”.
